It’s April And No ICS Yet in Samsung GS2 Singapore

I just took the photo a few minutes ago. Granted, it is holiday here in Singapore. But it’s already 7 April and yet there’s no Ice Cream Sandwich yet on my Samsung Galaxy S II. When are we going to get it? Once the Jelly Bean comes out?
And then there another sadder news. VLingo, the stupid app that comes with GS2, will still come pre installed with ICS. And not only that, there’s still no option to disable VLingo. Holy crap! If there’s anything, it’s the ability to disable VLingo that I am excited about ICS.
And it looks like I will still be suffering once I get the upgrade. So sad.
Did you try via Kies. That’s the only way I was able to see the update to ICS.
bhdn, you are able to get the ICS update via Kies? i’ve been checking weekly and there are no updates available.
